For this, we need FTP or cPanel access. Access the home folder (cPanel > File Manager) Then select two folders “etc” and “mail,” right-click and choose compress.
When the compression is completed, a compressed file will appear; right-click and select download.
After downloading the file to your computer, log in to the other cPanel where you are transferring the emails. Again, go to the Home folder and click Upload to upload the file you downloaded. Once the upload is complete, right-click on the file and select Extract.
That’s it! You have completed the transfer. Email addresses, emails, and their passwords have been transferred using this process.
